missed classes can be made up at the memorial hall throughout the term, subject to prior arrangement

1 to 1 sessions & private classes

a great way to focus on elements of your practice or a good introduction to yoga & pilates for complete beginners. people with particular condidtions or injuries can find comfort and release through a private, bespoke session during which we will work on specific movements and techniques which can be progressed with at home

inversion table sessions

a passive & relaxing way to enjoy the benefits of inversions, in a supervised & supportive environment, coupled with guided relaxation and gentle movements

inverting can release joint compression, and acts as a wonderful tonic for the brain, heart and mindspace!
